We show here sample menus, and are always happy to devise a menu which will suit your event and the costs be it a three course sit down dinner or an informal one course fork buffet

Our mouth - watering 'bowl food' menus are an effective and stylish way to feed guests more informally without having to sit everyone at dining tables, however they are also available to order for any occasion

Should you require staff to set up, serve and clear away, we can help with this along with any items you may need to hire such as, crockery, glass's, tables, linen or any other equipment.

Mouth-watering bowl food

Bowl food is served in ceramic bowls and designed to eat standing up

We can design Food Stalls from which to serve the bowl food or simply pass it around to your guests.

Hire of the bowls & forks for the bowl meals is included in the price.*

Chicken, cooked in fragrant Thai spices served with pilaff rice.

Chilli Con Carne

Chef Bob’s famous chilli con carne with a twist served with plain rice.

Smoked Fish Pie
A medley of  smoked fish in a creamy fish sauce, topped with buttery duchess potato, served with minted green peas.

Beef Bourguignon
Tender pieces of Scottish beef, combined with bacon, red wine, onions and some of Bob's magic! Served with baby new potatoes

Traditional Beef Stew 
Succulent Scottish beef cooked with root vegetables, served with creamy Mash 

Caribbean Chicken Curry
Influenced by Asian curries, combining fruity, zesty, creamy flavours in this mild dish. ( extra heat can be added!) served with rice & peas

 Chicken breast, sun dried tomatoes & roasted veg served with pasta in a Basil and Pesto Sauce
