Payments can be may be made via Online Banking or BACS

We also accept a range of Credit/Debit Cards (there is a 4% handling fee on Credit/Debit Card Payments)

When making payments by any of the methods listed please include an invoice number or reference and notify us by email when payments are made if paid online to food@xanders.co.uk

Terms of Trading

Private functions require a prepayment in the way of deposit when the order is confirmed and full payment is required prior to delivery.

Minimum 24 hours notice for orders to be placed is preferred, however we understand that sometimes 'last minute' functions are sometimes needed.

Please call us, we will always try to help and depending on your location should be able to get the order to you within an hour.

Cancellation of orders within 24 hours of due delivery are payable in full.

Please note that all platters are for a minimum of 5 people (unless previously agreed) or Minimum order of £30.00

Payment
Initial orders for corporate clients are normally paid pro forma or on delivery, subsequent orders are invoiced and 14 days credit given.

If you would like to take advantage of our credit terms and don't currently have an account with us please contact us to open an account

If your accounts department does not operate within this time scale, please let us know so that we may accommodate your situation.

Overdue accounts

In the event that an invoice is not paid on time, we will contact you to advise late payment.

If the invoice remains unpaid after two calendar months we reserve the right to pass unpaid invoices to our debt management company, the outstanding amount will incur additional charges applied by them

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Delivery is free within Edinburgh City Center, however a delivery charge may apply if the order is under £30.00. For Delivery Costs to areas out with this please contact us 0131 228 5757.

A £10.00 surcharge for evening (after 7.00pm and weekend deliveries may apply for orders under £150.00).
